About the project
Ekam is an anthology from Journeyman Films and Paramvah Studios, built on an old idea from Advaita: that the many separate lives we live are, underneath, one.
The prologue had to carry that before any story starts. We made it a system rather than a sequence, particles that stand in for the stories of every life, flowing out of a bright core and back into it on a loop that never quite resolves.

The sequence
A world lit

The whole film,

One speck of light becomes a pattern, a pattern becomes a world, and every world resolves back into the one.
Finding
the look
70 pages of concept,
routes and look-dev
Every frame was argued before it was rendered. The pitch deck carries the concept, the three creative routes for the logo system, the look explorations and the process that built the world of Ekam.
