“I”, “me” and “this site” refer to Karan Vanjari, a motion designer and CG artist based in Mumbai, India. “You” means anyone visiting this website or contacting me through it. By using the site you agree to the practices described here.

I only collect what you choose to give me. Specifically:

Contact info

Your name, email, and any company or timeline you include when you email me. The contact form doesn’t send anything itself: it opens a pre-filled email in your own mail app, and nothing you type is stored by this site.

Project brief

Whatever details you choose to include about your project when you reach out.

Technical

Standard, non-identifying details your browser sends: device type, approximate region, and pages viewed.

I do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data, and the contact form does not ask for payment details. Please don’t send confidential material until we’ve agreed to work together.

Information you send is used solely to respond to your enquiry, discuss a potential project, and keep a record of our correspondence. I never sell your data, and I won’t add you to a marketing list or newsletter without your explicit consent.

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If basic, privacy-respecting analytics are enabled, they only measure aggregate, anonymised visits (such as page views and country) and can’t be used to identify you. Any small amount of data stored in your browser is used purely to remember your preferences on this site.

A few trusted services help run this site: web hosting and fonts. Messages from the contact form travel through your own email provider and mine, never through this site. These services process data only as needed to provide their service and under their own privacy terms. Embedded showreels or video may be served by third-party players; viewing them may set their own cookies, governed by those providers.

I keep enquiry correspondence only as long as needed to respond and, where relevant, for the duration of a project plus a reasonable period afterwards for records. When it’s no longer needed, it’s deleted. You can ask me to remove it sooner at any time.

You can ask me what personal data I hold about you, request a copy, ask me to correct or delete it, or withdraw consent, no reason needed. Just email me and I’ll action reasonable requests promptly, usually within 30 days.
