Khauf
About the project
Khauf (Prime Video, 2025) is Smita Singh's Hindi horror series about Madhu, who leaves Gwalior for Delhi to get away from the memory of a sexual assault and takes a room in a working women's hostel, only to find the hostel, and her room, carry a dark history.
The main title drifts from a building glimpsed through overgrown grass into dim corridors, rooms and half-seen figures, in smeared, painterly reds and greens, before landing on a distressed KHAUF title card.
